Jack is back in the interview room: a sneak peek

Suspects is back on Wednesday and the Damien Molony Forum has an exclusive clip of this week’s episode to share.

The already critically acclaimed crime drama is living up to its name as DS Jack Weston (Damien Molony), DI Martha Bellamy (Fay Ripley) and DC Charlie Steele (Clare-Hope Ashitey) examine the evidence and interview the ‘suspects’ connected to a crime revealed at the beginning of each episode.

Each week the fly-on-the-wall filming style and the camera’s eye view inside the interview rooms are made even more compelling viewing by the actor improvised dialogue, adding intensity to the drama.

Damien’s character Jack Weston has shown himself to be a force to be reckoned with when faced with a potential perpetrator, his insights and tactics sometimes close to the line, and his silences as loaded as the questions he asks.

This week the detective team are faced with a challenging and sensitive case and the sneak peak below of a scene pivotal moment in the investigation shows Jack’s interviewing style in action, as he questions serial rapist and suspect George Callaghan (Peter McNeil O’Connor).
