The Royal Park 10km series takes place this year from June – August in three of London’s most iconic Royal Parks: Greenwich Park, Regents Park and Hyde Park.

Damien has previously taken part in an 800m Swim, 32 Mile Cycle, 9 Mile Run up and down Snowdon Triathlon, beginning in the Irish Sea and finishing at the top of Mount Snowdon, raising money for two charities that help children and young people.

Congrats to him on finishing the race today, in such challenging weather conditions!
