Suspects is widening its international reach, now airing on New Zealand’s Sky TV’s the Box channel.

Damien (DS Jack Weston) and co-stars Fay Ripley (DI Martha Bellamy) and Clare-Hope Ashitey (DC Charlie Steele) make their New Zealand TV debut in Suspects Series 1.

After the premiere on 6 October 2015, a gripping new self-contained crime story can be seen each week 9.30pm Tuesdays on the New Zealand channel, with encores 11.30pm Sundays.

The TV network are promoting the innovative, fully improvised drama with the perfect tagline:

This is the second foray into the international market for the British crime drama created by Newman Street (part of Fremantle Media UK).

The first three series aired to Australian audiences earlier this year, after FremantleMedia International announced a four-series deal with free-to-air network Channel Seven.

We’re excited our favourite crime drama is reaching a wider international audience and hope it will be seen in many more countries soon.

In the UK, series 3 aired in January with a Series 4 premiere originally announced for summer, but an air date is yet to be confirmed.
