Damien has given his thirteenth pint!

Damien has made his thirteenth blood donation and continued his five-year campaign to inspire others to do the same, sharing his post donation photo and a motivational message on his Instagram page

Our fave actor has been giving blood himself since 2012, when he became aware of its life saving importance after someone close to him became ill. Talking about his experience in Donor Magazine in 2013, he pledged to “re-tweet everyone that has donated blood and tweets me a photo”, continuing to consistently encourage his followers and set the example by donating blood biannually.
