Damien has completed filming on Brassic series 2, after a 4 month shoot in Manchester. He announced the news on his Instagram page with a photo of him and fellow Brassic cast mates Ryan Sampson (Tommo) and Tom Hanson (Cardi).
Michelle Keegan (Erin), Aaron Heffernan (Ash) and Tom Hanson also shared wrap photos of the cast!
Brassic Series 1 premiered on Sky One 22 August to rave reviews and was the highest rating Sky comedy in 7 years. A second series was already in the works before the first was released, and Damien began filming 27 August. Sky previously shared this image of Damien and Michelle Keegan (Erin) during readthroughs.
Over the months we have seen several on set and Brassic series 2 bts photos in the press, from the public and from cast. This most recent one from The Old Boot Cafe and Wine Bar is a fave!
Brassic Series 1 ended with dramatic Cliffhangers for all three of the main characters, Vinnie (Joe Gilgun), Dylan (Damien) and Erin (Michelle Keegan).
We can’t wait to see what happens next for them and the gang when it returns!
Brassic series 2 lands in 2020 on Sky One, and air date is yet to be announced. Watch this space for all the news as we get it!
