THE SPLIT 2: Damien Molony first look photo – COMING TO BBC ONE 11 FEBRUARY!

We have our exciting first look at Damien in The Split series 2 – and an air date for the much anticipated BBC One legal drama.
Our fave actor joins an incredible cast for the second series as Tyler Donaghue, and production company Sister Pictures have revealed the very first image of his character.
We previously announced Damien had joined the cast for the second series, but had little info on how his new character would fit into the world of the Defoe sisters, central to the female-led legal drama set in the world of divorce lawyers.
On the final day of filming Damien shared a prop photo via Instagram, including a pen inscribed with ‘NOBLE HALE DEFOE’ – the name of the newly merged law firm revealed at the end of series 1.
Today’s new photo of Tyler, suited and in an office setting, confirms our earlier theory that he could be joining the legal team at Noble Hale Defoe, as does the synopsis for series 2 episode 1 below. (Warning for plot spoilers!)
A death in the family brings everyone back together. While Hannah’s marriage seems to be back on track, she has begun a dangerous affair with a colleague. Zander returns from America, and introduces an unsettling new addition to the team, and the firm takes on two high-profile clients – a TV presenter locked in an unhappy and controlling marriage and a man who wants a divorce before he dies.
We don’t have long to wait to find out, and cannot wait to see our fave actor bringing a new character to life on screenin this critically acclaimed drama.
