NEW TV ROLE: Damien Molony to appear in DERRY GIRLS 3 – first look trailer released!
Newsflash! Damien will appear in Derry Girls Season 3!
The lovely people at Channel 4 dropped an exciting new trailer for the upcoming series today, treating us to our first look at our fave actor in his new role.
His casting in the award-winning comedy, written by Lisa McGee, has been kept completely under wraps until now.
Very little has been revealed about his character so far, in the trailer he is introduced at the Quinn family house as a plumber, who receives a very warm welcome from Sarah (Kathy Kiera Clarke) and Mary (her sister, played by Tara Lynne O’Neill), “If you’re that hot, you should at least have the common decency to be a bit thick.”
Damien joins a star-studded cast and the well-known characters Erin (Saoirse-Monica Jackson), Orla (Louisa Harland), Michelle (Jamie-Lee O’Donnell), Clare (Nicola Coughlan), James (Dylan Llewellyn) and Sister Michael (Siobhán McSweeney) for the third and final season, set to air soon on Channel 4.
We could not be more thrilled.
