Synopsis

Jack struggles in the aftermath of his daughter Lucy’s abduction, finding it hard to sit on the sidelines as just a witness and ‘next of kin’ as Alisha takes control of the investigation. The team use all their resources to find Lucy and Gary finds a connection between her disappearance and the club owned by Mo Jones and Stan Turner. Unable to keep out of the case and just wait for news, Jack steps in to help, but is so emotional he threatens to disrupt the investigation, forcing a sympathetic DCI Drummond to reprimand him. A breakthrough comes when a young man enters the station with significant information…
