It was announced 22 August 2019, filming began the week after and completed 17 December.
The second series comprises 6 x 60 episodes.
Series 3 was announced before series 2 aired and is currently filming, set for a 2021 release.

Official Synopsis
Co-created by Joseph Gilgun and BAFTA-winning writer Danny Brocklehurst, the action picks up a few months after the events of the series one finale. Together the friends embark on even bigger and bolder misadventures around the fictitious rural Lancashire town of Hawley.
